Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid services on PiyariBook.com, operated by Shriram Animal Feeds & Supplement (proprietorship), Tripura, India.

1. What we sell

PiyariBook offers digital services only. We do not ship any physical goods.

Advertising rates are shown before GST. GST at the applicable rate is added at checkout and appears on your invoice.

Premium does not include the blue verified tick. The blue tick (✔) is never sold on PiyariBook, at any price. It is given free, by invitation only, to a small number of notable accounts. If you bought Premium expecting a blue tick, write to us within 7 days and we will refund you in full.

2. Delivery of service

All services are delivered digitally and instantly:

Premium: activated within a few minutes of successful payment. The Premium diamond 💎 appears beside your name automatically, and your storage limit rises to 40 GB straight away.
Boost Post: submitted for review immediately after payment and normally activated within 24 hours.

No physical delivery is involved, so no shipping charges apply.

3. Cancellation

Before payment: you can cancel at any time by closing the payment window. Nothing will be charged.

After payment: because these are digital services activated immediately, an active subscription or an activated boost cannot be cancelled mid-term.

Auto-renewal: PiyariBook Premium does not renew automatically. Your access simply ends on the expiry date unless you choose to buy again. Nothing will be charged without a fresh action by you.

4. Refunds

Refunds are provided in these cases:

Payment deducted but service not activated — full refund, or we activate the service, whichever you prefer.
Duplicate payment — the extra amount is refunded in full.
Boost Post rejected by us — if we decline your boost during review, the full amount is refunded.
Technical failure on our side that prevents you from using a paid feature for more than 72 continuous hours — pro-rata refund for the unused period.
Unauthorised transaction from your account — refunded after verification.

Refunds are not provided in these cases:

Change of mind after the service has been activated and used.
Dissatisfaction with the number of likes, views, followers or engagement received. Boost increases reach; it does not guarantee any specific result.
Account suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
Coins that were earned free inside the app (for example daily check-in). These have no cash value, were not paid for, and cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
Purchased coin packs once the coins have been credited to your account. Coins are refundable only where the payment was deducted but the coins were not credited, or the payment was duplicated (see the list above).
Extra-storage add-ons once activated (they are sold pro-rata for the days left on your plan and end with it), except for the failure cases listed above.

5. How to request a refund

Write to us within 7 days of the transaction with these details (for a technical failure on our side, within 7 days of the failure — not of the purchase):

6. Refund timeline

Refunds are always sent back to the same payment method used for the purchase (UPI, card, netbanking or prepaid instrument). We cannot send a refund to a different account.

7. Failed payments

If money is deducted but the payment shows as failed, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or UPI provider within 5–7 working days. If it does not, contact us with the transaction reference and we will trace it with our payment partner.

8. Creator earnings — separate from this policy

Money that creators withdraw from PiyariBook (earning coins converted to rupees) is not a purchase and is not covered by this refund policy. Withdrawals follow the rules shown on the withdrawal screen, including KYC verification, minimum balance and a security hold period.

9. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first. We will try to resolve it quickly and fairly. Raising a chargeback with your bank without contacting us may lead to your account being temporarily restricted while the dispute is investigated.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Any purchase you make is governed by the version of this policy that was live on the date of that purchase.
