PiyariBook.com ("Platform") use karke aap in Terms se sehmat hote hain. Agar sehmat nahi hain to kripya Platform use na karein.

1. Eligibility

Aapki umar kam se kam 13 saal honi chahiye. Aap sahi aur sach jaankari dene ke liye zimmedar hain.

2. Aapka account

Apne login (password/OTP) ko surakshit rakhein. Aapke account se hone wali activity ke liye aap zimmedar hain.

3. Acceptable use

Aap ye nahi karenge: gair-kanooni, hateful, abusive, nudity/violence, spam, scam, ya kisi aur ke IP rights ka ullanghan karne wala content post karna; kisi ko harass/impersonate karna; ya Platform ki security todna. Vistaar se Community Guidelines dekhein.

4. Aapka content

Aapke content ka maalikana haq aapka rehta hai. Platform par post karke aap humein woh content dikhane/host karne ka non-exclusive license dete hain. Aap guarantee karte hain ki aapke paas content post karne ka adhikaar hai.

5. Moderation & termination

Hum guidelines todne wala content hata sakte hain aur account warn/restrict/suspend kar sakte hain. Vistaar: Content Moderation Policy.

6. Disclaimers

Platform "as is" diya jaata hai. Hum nirantar/error-free service ki guarantee nahi dete.

7. Limitation of liability

Kanoon ki anumati ke anusaar, PiyariBook kisi indirect ya consequential nuksaan ke liye zimmedar nahi hoga.

8. Governing law

Yeh Terms Bharat ke kanoon ke anusaar govern honge.
